GYM is a brand new show produced exclusively for #vamos, movistar's sports channel on AVOD and cable platforms. GYM is hosted by a range of training experts from various fields (crossfit, outdoor, aerobics, yoga, among others) who take audiences through workout routines, tutorials and tips to easily get into a healthy and active lifestyle.
